Gagik Gasparyan born in 1973 in the city of S. Echmadzin in the midst of a family of musicians. His musical career began at the age of 15, as a clarinet player and almost immediately, at 17, he strengthens his bonds with traditional instruments of music in Armenia.
In a short period of time he learns to play the shvi, duduk, zurna and blul, and at 20, he enters the Arts University, to the section of Armenian Folk wind instruments, to develop capabilities on a professional basis.He graduates as an orchestra conductor of Armenian traditional instruments.
In 1997, he settles in Argentina, where he plays his music in events of the Armenian local communities as well as in latinamerica.
Playing traditional Armenian instruments and specially the Duduk, he participates on different recording sessions and in some movies soundtracks.

In a short period of time he learns to play the shvi, duduk, zurna and blul, and at 20, he enters the Arts University, to the section of Armenian Folk wind instruments, to develop capabilities on a professional basis.He graduates as an orchestra conductor of Armenian traditional instruments. In 1997, he settles in Argentina, where he plays his music in events of the Armenian local communities as well as in latinamerica.

The Orchestra’s Artistic Director and Principal Conductor, American-Armenian conductor Aram Gharabekian, has brought the NCOA into a new era of artistic triumphs and international acclaim since his appointment in 1997. For their outstanding achievements in Armenia and in other parts of the world, Maestro Gharabekian and NCOA have been duly recognized in a proclamation by the United States Congress and televised features on CNN Special and Russian Kultura TV Channel.
Under Gharabekian’s dymanic leadership, the NCOA has performed with remarkable acclaim to capacity audiences in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Switzerland, Greece, Russia, Georgia, Cyprus, Lebanon, and United Arab Emirates, Gharabekian also has led the NCOA to notable performances in the Canterbury festival in England, the Halle festival in Germany, and the Dimitria Festival in Greece, Aside from a rich record of international performances and concerting at home, the NCOA is the only performing ensemble in Armenia that is committed to a significant outreach program, Taking Music to the People, which offers free- of charge performances to the regions of Armenia and Karabakh, every season. Unequivocally committed to promoting the music of our time, Gharabekian and the NCOA have commissioned and premiered over 40 new compositions and recorded three CDs of works by contemporary Armenian composers.

Gharabekian’s interpretations reveal sheer valour combined with the internal manifestation of music, which together shape the natural rendition of a composition interlacing its graphic and dynamic elements. Gharabekian attaches major significance to the phenomenon of musical process ― the colourful spinning of the sound, the timbre intensity of the extended tones and the rhythmic sharpness of short notes, all entwining in harmony. The composer’s score is spiritualized by Aram Gharabekian, a philosopher in music.

Armenian Music Center and Malkhas Jazz Club have releases Levon Malkhasyan new and exclusive project "Malkhas" dedicated to his 65th anniversary.

Live Jazz Concert

Levon Malkhasyan was born in 1945 in Yerevan. As a musician, he was self-taught and by 1963-1964, he had already established the first Jazz Trio and Jazz Quartet in Yerevan. In 1998 he bacame the organizer of the International Jazz Festival in Yerevan. He is also the president of Jazz Art Association. Participant of many jazz concerts and festivals in many countries of the world, Levon Malkhasyan is considered the father of jazz in Armenia.

Khachaturian trio was founded as trio “Arsika” in 1999. It has toured extensively throughout the Central and South America, Switzerland, Russia and Armenia. The Trio has participated in a number of prestigious festivals, the Festival de las Artes (Costa Rica), Festival International Cervantino (Mexico), to name a few. The Arsika Trio’s performances have been frequently broadcasted by TV and Radio.
In 2008 Trio took name of an outstanding Armenian composer Aram Khachaturian.
The critics have highly praised the Khachaturian Trio’s virtuoso performances, subtle sense of style, warmest sound, brilliant and deep musicality. Members of the Trio are involved in pedagogic activity by giving master classes in music schools of various regions of Armenia.
The Trio works in tight collaboration with contemporary composers. It has premiered a number of new works, which were commissioned by them. The members of the Trio are three established and highly regarded chamber musicians. The Trio’s repertoire covers a wide range of music styles
