Norayr Davtyan is the artistic director and the chief bandmaster of the Armenian National Musical Instruments State Orchestra, deserved artist and professor of the Republic of Armenia. He was born in 1950. Since 1988 to 1990 (before the limited time) studied and graduated from the Yerevan State Conservatory after Komitas in the faculty of Folk Musical Instruments with the qualification of Kamancha and the music band of the students.
As a kamancha player and a bandmaster is the author of many CD-s and tape-recorders. He is a laureate of many republican competitions. Norayr Davtyan is a professor of the Republic of Armenia.
He has been to 30 countries with his concert-tours: England, France, Austria, Greece, Cyprus, The USA, Canada, Australia and etc.
