Quantity Discounts

They are given automatically depending on the total amount of products price in your order.

For instance:

• if you purchase products worth 50 USD, you will receive zero discount
• if you order total amount is 60 USD or more, you will receive 10% discount

Returns

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 10 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or dispatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned.

If the goods are not faulty they are not exchanged.

Import Duty and Other Sales Taxes

The customer is responsible for all local import fees and duties associated with the order. Check with local authorities concerning any applicable taxes, duties, and/or customs delays before placing your order. We are not responsible for any of these fees or delays.
Many countries charge duty on goods at the point of import, these will normally be collected by the courier used to deliver your goods - this is a charge levied by your government not by Hayshop and we have no control over it
Some countries place restrictions on certain imports, and some of these imports are banned altogether. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order. While we can refund the merchandise cost if an item is returned to us due to import restrictions, we cannot refund the shipping and handling charges. In some cases, customs officials will confiscate the restricted items, in which can we cannot refund the merchandise or the shipping and handling costs.
