This CD is a unique collection of Armenian sacred songs. This is very significant, as the Armenian sacred music occupies its special place in the music career of Hasmik Gasparyan and guides her from the very beginning of her creative way. The CD is unique, since it was recorded live in the cave monastery of Geghard.

Hasmik Gasparyan was born on September 17, 1974 in Yerevan. In 1987 she graduated from music school with vocal bias. Graduate of Komitas State Conservatory, Yerevan, she joined the Opera Studio Chamber Choir of Conservatory and became the soloist of Yerevan Chamber Choir.
Hasmik has participated in various International Festivals in Italy, Germany, Norway, Canada, Switzerland, Lebanon and Syria. From 2003 to 2004, Hasmik Gasparyan passed master classes with Honored Artist of RA, Laureate of international awards, Professor Araks Davtyan.
In 2006, the singer released her debut solo album of Armenian sacred music. Two video clips have been shot, the director of which is Arsen Aslanyan. Today Hasmik's videos run on Armenian TV channels. In May 2006, the singer received an invitation to participate in Annual International Festival of Sacred Music "Gaude Mater" in Poland. Presently, Hasmik works on new interesting projects which she hopes to realize in the near future.
P.S. The CD "The Voice Of Geghard" is dedicated to the memory of the possessor of divine voice Lusine Zakarian.
