Diaspora Armenian musician, being a son of parents who have endured the Genocide. Living in a foreign land and feeling ostracized he always waited for the most desirable moment of his life, the day when the doors of Cicilia would open. He has always seen the presence of suffrage, sorrow and grief in the life of his parents and not once has his father, that strong young gentleman telling about the anguish and suffrage with tears in his eyes. All this had their contribution in the humanistic project that Jagop Jambazian decided to accomplish.
The aim of the requiem is to express the Armenian sorrow, anguish distress and grief with the help of music. As music has the greatest power on the earth.
